Baby Blues Season 1 Episode 4 Hurtin' Inside 2000
Bizzy lets her hoodlum boyfriend, Ray, abuse her, because she feels he's ""hurtin' inside"" and needs someone to help him. Worried about Bizzy's poor taste in men, Wanda becomes obsessed with finding her a nice guy. It reminds Darryl of when he tried to impress a girl, Becky Quillen, but she had her eye on good-looking bad boy Flack Mueller instead. Rodney is hurtin' inside when Zoe develops her first crush on Shelby, and stops paying attention to him. Bizzy is hurtin' inside after she overhears Darryl talking to Rodney about bad boys and nice guys. Darryl's words convince her to dump Ray for not being a real man like Darryl. Bizzy didn't hear all of the conversation, so she is unaware he was actualy saying nice guys finish last, but he plays along after an impressed Wanda thanks him. Darryl remembers how he and his band, Darryl and the Chaos, planned to perform his love ode to Becky at the high school battle of the bands.
